As a Telecaller at Rohit Laparoscopic Surgical Centre, you will play a crucial role in managing patient communications and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Lead Follow-Up**: Engaging with potential patients who have shown interest in our services, providing them with necessary information, and encouraging them to schedule consultations.
- **Data Management**: Accurately recording patient information, appointment details, and follow-up actions in Microsoft Excel.
- **Patient Support**: Addressing patient inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's schedule.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gathering patient feedback to help improve our services and patient satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Self-motivated and energetic with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- **Availability**: Willingness to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends if required.
