- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported, valued, and respected.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication, collaboration, and partnership.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent exploration through hands-on learning experiences, play-based activities, and sensory exploration.
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs and interests of each child in the classroom.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and development through observation, documentation, and ongoing assessment tools.
- Collaborate with other preschool staff to develop and implement curriculum enhancements, special projects, and thematic units.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's learning and development, as well as to solicit feedback and input.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that reflects the interests and abilities of the children.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and school policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Associate's degree or CDA certification may be considered).
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, theories, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to engage children in meaningful and developmentally appropriate activities.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Background check clearance and/or fingerprinting as required by state regulations.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
