**Role Summary**

We are seeking a hands-on IT Executive to manage and maintain our company’s technology infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee network, systems, hardware, and security operations while providing proactive technical support to our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ensures smooth business operations.

**Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork & Infrastructure**
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points (TP-Link, D-Link).
- Manage static IPs, network bridges, and load balancers to ensure seamless connectivity.

**Systems & User Support**
- Provide hands-on support for all employee hardware and software, including PCs, projectors, and peripherals.
- Provide support for inhouse software (eg: Petpooja)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, M365 suit, drivers, BIOS/RAID settings, BitLocker, etc
- Manage M365 Admin Center.
- Reduce downtime by proactively resolving technical issues.

**CCTV & Security**
- Manage the lifecycle of CCTV systems (IP/Analog, DVR/NVR), including cloud access (HikConnect) and data backups.
- Ensure the security and reliability of video surveillance infrastructure.

**Printers & Peripherals**
- Set up and maintain office printers (A4, thermal, barcode) and troubleshoot driver, IP issues, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal hardware performance.

**General IT & Training**
- Assist with cloud/domain administration (AWS, GoDaddy).
- Train staff on IT best practices, standard operating procedures and basic troubleshooting.

**Preferred / Bonus Skills**
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA).
- Experience with Power BI or PowerShell scripting.
- Basic AWS administration experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
