- focused private equity fund.
- SmartNet by Lightstorm Telecom Designed to be first of its kind in India is fibre-based network, connecting top seven cities in India.
- SmartNet will connect >80% of all current & future Multi Tenant Data Centre locations, all Cable Landing Stations, all Internet Exchanges and all current and future CDN locations.
- SmartNet Metro Network Topology - Linear Point-to-Point Mesh Architecture to ensure low latency and high network availability.
- SmartNet is being progressively launched in first half of 2021 across India and second half in other emerging Asia markets, mostly with large pre-booked capacities by global fortune 500 companies.
- Lightstorm Telecom is 100% owned SPV set up by a US based global infrastructure-focused PE fund.

**Role Responsibilities and key Accountabilities**:
Overall, this role exists for Scrum master who will drive the deliverables of product as per product manager’s requirements and planning.

**Role/ responsibilities include**:

- Guiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

**Key Accountabilities/ KPIs**:

- Delivery of project/product on time
- Building strong devops process and culture
- Keeping resource engaged and motivated

**Skills/ Experience**:

- A total of 8-10 years of experience with minimum 2 years of practicing agile project management
- Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM I or PSM II)
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
- Industry preference, if any
- Team Management experience required: Yes
- Education qualification - BE/BTECH from any discipline

**Skills required**:
**Technical skills **- Preferebly to work on projects involving microservice based technology/architecture, devops
**Functional skills** - Have strong analytical skills. Experience in CRM/Billing domain is an added advantage
**Business skills** - Preferred, not mandatory
**Soft-skills/ behavioral** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable to the mission mode culture of Lightstorm.

**Requirement to work in night shifts: No**
**Business travel may be required**
