**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students/parents about educational programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Explain course details, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain proper records of daily interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff for smooth batch operations.
- Participate in promotional activities like webinars, seminars, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education background preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as an academic/education counselor or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
