**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor in alignment with the design brief.
- Ensure design compliance with project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Incorporate smart home technologies into interior design concepts as needed.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and provide on-site direction.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, materials, and new technologies in interior design and home automation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in residential interior design (construction-based experience is a plus).
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color theory, and construction detailing.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, presentations, and client meetings.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and automation systems is a plus.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
