**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our immigration services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries about immigration procedures and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments for consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.
- Keep updated with the latest information on immigration laws and policies.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
