ob Title: Tally Operator cum Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:
Tally Operations: Maintain and update financial records, manage petty cash, prepare bills and receipts, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Tele calling: Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, take orders, and process payments over the phone.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Tally software.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
