We are a dynamic and fast-growing digital content company focused on creating engaging videos across social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others. Our content covers a wide range of topics, from entertainment and culture to lifestyle and education, catering to a diverse audience primarily speaking Marathi.

We’re looking for a creative and passionate **Marathi Content Writer** to join our team. As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling video scripts that are engaging, entertaining, and resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scriptwriting for Videos**: Write engaging and concise video scripts in Marathi, keeping in mind the platform’s audience (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Content should be tailored to fit the style and tone of each platform.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on trending topics, social issues, cultural references, and audience preferences to ensure content is relevant and current.
- **Creative Ideation**: Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and themes for upcoming videos.
- **Content Optimization**: Adapt scripts to suit various formats like short-form reels (Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos. Ensure content is optimized for maximum engagement and shareability.
- **Audience Engagement**: Understand the target audience’s language, tone, and preferences. Ensure that scripts are relatable, witty, and culturally appropriate.
- **Revisions and Editing**: Revise scripts based on feedback from the team to ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and audience expectations.
- **Collaborative Work**: Work closely with the video production team to ensure the final video matches the script in tone, style, and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Marathi**: Excellent written and spoken Marathi, with a strong grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and local nuances.
- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience in content writing, scriptwriting, or copywriting is a plus. Experience in writing for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc., is highly desirable.
- **Creativity & Originality**: Ability to write in a fun, engaging, and conversational tone. Must be able to create scripts that keep viewers hooked and entertained.
- **Familiarity with Social Media Trends**: In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, memes, and viral content, particularly within Marathi-speaking communities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to proofread and ensure scripts are error-free while maintaining clarity and coherence.
- **Time Management Skills**: Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple scriptwriting projects simultaneously.
- **Basic Video Editing Knowledge (Optional)**: Familiarity with basic video editing tools or an understanding of how the final product comes together can be a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
