**Position Title**: Graphic Designer/Sr. Graphics Designer
**Location**: Noida Sector 116
**Department**: Creative / Design
**Salary**:30K to 55K (Depending on Experience)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop original and engaging **creative designs** for digital ads, social media posts, banners, brochures, packaging, and other branding material.
- Create eye-catching **visuals and layouts** based on brand guidelines and marketing briefs.
- Work closely with content, digital marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into high-quality visual output.
- Design assets for **campaigns**, **events**, **presentations**, and internal communications.
- Prepare artwork for **print production** including dielines, color matching, and resolution checks.
- Edit and retouch **images** for social media, e-commerce, and product catalogs.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all designs and formats.
- Stay updated on **design trends**, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Tools & Software Proficiency**
- **Adobe Illustrator** - Vector design, logo creation, icons
- **CorelDRAW** - Print layout, packaging, and marketing collaterals
- **Adobe Photoshop** - Image editing, mockups, digital artwork
- Knowledge of **InDesign**, **After Effects**, or **Canva** is a plus
- Familiarity with **Google Drive**, **Microsoft Office**, and file versioning tools

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across mediums.
- Attention to detail with excellent visual composition and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**
- Motion graphics or basic animation
- UI/UX understanding or experience
- Photography or videography knowledge
- Experience working with branding projects or product packaging

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
