Position:
Manager/Assistant Manager
- Statutory Audits Preferred Qualification: CA/MBA in Accounting or Finance Experience: 1-3 years Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities:

- Qualified CA and Member of the ICAI with 0-3 years post qualification work experience.
- Has exposure and been involved in Statutory and Internal audits across various sectors and size of the organization.
- Will need to lead the audit teams assigned to corporate clients.
- Good technical knowledge of accounting standards, working knowledge of Ind AS and Standard’s on Auditing
- Working knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act and GST law as required for Statutory, Internal audits, Tax audits and tax return finalisation.
- Good communication skills and able to suitably document the work done as a part of the audit, in accordance with accounting and auditing standards.
- Identify accounting and audit concerns and provide solutions to the issues
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Leadership skills to be able to manage a team of 2 - 5 audit staff i.e., audit team per client.
- Willingness to work at our office and client locations at Bangalore.
- Occasional travel to other towns/ cities for audits would be required
- Ability to stay composed and able to cope with work pressure.
- Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires, recommending new policies and procedures.
- Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Partners led audit with guidance and training on the job.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
