**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Graphic Designer and Video Editor** to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, as well as editing videos for marketing, social media, and internal use. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated designer to grow their skills and contribute to a dynamic creative team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design and produce digital graphics, banners, social media posts, and print materials (flyers, posters, brochures).
- Assist in developing brand assets and templates in line with visual identity guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visuals that support campaigns and promotions.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing, and product promotions.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and basic animations.
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all videos.
- Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

**General**:

- Assist with photo editing, retouching, and simple animations when needed.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage and organize digital assets effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Photography or videography experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
