**Responsibilities**:

- Good technical and functional experience in managing stakeholders and team of BI analysts.
- Must have proven experience in completing set objectives without supervision
- Good Communication skills and ability to comprehend business requirements.
- Maintain awareness of new technologies, explore opportunities to implement them in projects.
- Handle project assignments and cross skilling opportunities to grow capabilities of other team member.
- Responsible for team’s adherence to standards and guidelines set by EIM organization.
- Follow agile and scrum practices set up by project scrum master.
- Participate in recruit, orientations, trainings for employees.
- Ensure architects and senior developer review deliverables for new requirements/ enhancements.

**Qualifications**:
Advanced Business Intelligence Developer position will work in a team environment to lead the team for delivering IT-based business solutions. This will involve engaging clients, internal experts, consultants, contracted resources and users to identify business needs. The role will require contribution in all aspects of solution delivery from discovery through implementation and support by managing a group of BI Analysts/developers.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, M.E/M.Tech - Any Specialization, MBA.

Experience: 3+ years of strong Business Intelligence/Business Analytics experience or equivalency is preferred
- Desired Skills:
- Good experience in the areas of Business Intelligence and Reporting.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
