We are looking for a Female **C R E **personto undertake all receptionist and Tele/Online Responding at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face & off face” of the company for all Online & Offline customers and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests always in pleasant manner.
- Answer questions and address complaints direct, online & offline basis.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Deal with Social Media & time to time responds with the same.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

**Requirements**:
**- Proven experience as Tele Caller, Customer Relation Manager or relevant position who has experience in IT firm will be appreciable.**

**- Super Fluent in English & Proficient in Hindi as well. (Both oral and written).**
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Social Media handling expertise is a must.
- Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Customer handling capacity.
- Positive attitude & attractive personality.
- Working experience with Zoho communication will be an added advantage.
- Age limit (27 - 40)

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
