Job Description:
A Sales Administrator at JCB, would manage the daily administrative tasks related to sales, including order processing, new opertunity management, and CRM maintenance.& sales support, customer service, and potentially assist in marketing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing and Management**:Handling customer orders, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- **CRM Maintenance**:Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including contact information, sales data, and customer history.
- **Contract Management**:Supporting the sales team with quotation preparation, sale order review, and administration.
- **Sales Support**:Assisting the sales team with tasks like preparing quotes, generating reports, and organizing sales meetings.
- **Customer Service**:Providing support to customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- **Marketing Assistance**:In some roles, assisting with marketing tasks like managing social media or creating marketing materials.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring inventory levels and supporting the sales team with product availability information.
