The Account Associate will be responsible for Accounting Associates assist accountants and auditors with administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping functions. Their duties typically include clerical tasks, such as filing and answering telephones, as well as performing basic bookkeeping tasks, assisting with payroll processing, and preparing financial documents.

**Duties**

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our financial department. Your duties will include compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing financial paperwork, assisting with payroll processing, and maintaining records. You will also be required to perform general administrative tasks.

To be successful as an Accounting Associate, you should be familiar with popular accounting software programs and have a firm grasp of basic accounting principles and practices. A top-notch

Accounting Associate should be well-organized, have an aptitude for numbers, and be able to maintain good relationships with our clients.

**Detailed job duties include**
- Preparation and analysis of month end result including balance sheet control and profit and loss account.
- Publish financial statement in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
- Ensure timely payment.
- Compute tax and prepare tax return CGST, TDS
- Support statutory & regulation compliance
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Book keeping and cash book maintenance
