**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphics Design**_
- Develop and execute high-quality visual designs, including marketing materials, social media assets, and branding collateral.
- Conceptualize and deliver visually striking campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align visual content with business goals.
- **Motion Graphics**_
- Create eye-catching animations and motion graphics for videos, advertisements, product explainers, and social media.
- Develop engaging video content that enhances storytelling and brand presence.
- Stay updated on motion design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
- **UI/UX Design**_
- Design user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and app platforms with a focus on functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and deliver polished UI designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Maintain consistency in user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**_
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding solutions.
- Drive innovation in design strategies and contribute to overall brand evolution.
- **Desired Skills**:_

**Experience**:

- 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.

Tools Proficiency:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Sketch, Webflow, Blender and other relevant tools.

Design Expertise:

- Strong portfolio showcasing work across graphics, motion graphics, and UI/UX projects.

Creativity:

- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

User-Centric Approach:

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and trends.

Motion Design:

- Proven ability to produce high-quality animations and motion visuals.

Collaboration:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

Problem-Solving:

- Adept at translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience

**Must-Have**:

- Experience in 3D design and animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML/CSS for seamless design-developer collaboration.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and usability testing tools.
