**Job Title**: ICU RMO (Resident Medical Officer)
**Location**: Dadar
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-3 Years
**Qualification**: BAMS / BHMS / MBBS

**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients admitted in the ICU.
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those on ventilators and other life support systems.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- **Medical Procedures**:

- Perform and assist in medical procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and other critical care interventions.
- Administer medications and therapies as per the treatment plan.
- **Coordination with Specialists**:

- Liaise with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate patient progress and any significant changes to the senior consultants.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including daily progress notes and treatment plans.
- Ensure proper documentation of all medical procedures and interventions.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the ICU, providing immediate and effective care.
- Participate in code blue and other emergency protocols.
- **Patient and Family Communication**:

- Communicate with patients' families, providing updates on patient conditions and answering queries.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
