**Key Responsibilities**:

- Model Creation: Create 3D models of building projects using Autodesk Revit software, including architectural.
- BIM Coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts within the models and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and industry standards.
- Updates and Revisions: Manage and update Revit models as design changes occur throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience 5 to 6 years is required.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software (architectural, structural), and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
