The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training programs and workshops to employees across the organization and at all levels.
- Collect learner feedback on training content, methods, and delivery and present findings to the Learning and Development Team.
- Assist in building e-learning content for the LMS including doing research to help the Content specialist
- Create awareness of programs in place through several methods
- Create, track and report training programs in LMSWhat you’ll bring to the table:

- Have strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate large or small groups discussions in a virtual or classroom environment
- Natural ease in fostering positive relationships with employees of different experience levels
- Ability to take the content and adapt and personalize it to the audience
- Passion for L&D and readiness to get hands dirty to get the job done.

**Requirements**:

- 1. 4-6 years of experience in HR or L&D with minimum 3 years in facilitation role full time- 2. Excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal- 3. Hands on experience using slides and sheets (Powerpoint and Excel)- 4. Tech savvy - Exposure to L&D tools like mentimeter, kahoot etc is a plus- 5. Self driven and persistent- 6. Continual learner.
