**Job overview**:
The main purpose of the Purchase Executive will be to lead efforts in exploring, initiating, developing, and validating opportunities in quality improvements and cost savings and other sourcing related opportunities. The individual in this role will act as the techno -commercial interface between suppliers and manufacturing engineers to determine suitable materials and new and alternate sources.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Receives purchase requisitions from all internal departments and verifies for accuracy and authorization.
- Selecting vendors based on capabilities, performance and consistent quality & quantity.
- Prepares and issues purchase orders; determines and negotiates prices, delivery and payment terms.
- Follow the ordered material with supplier/vendor for timely delivery to the company.
- Maintains report and good working relationships with vendors; keeps accurate vendor records.
- Receive the materials supplied by the vendors in a proper maintains as per the laid down procedure.
- Submit the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping all the documents up to data.
- Improve the existing processes to reduce waste and increase quantity.
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.

**Key Skills to perform the Role**:

- Knowledge of technical drawing is required.
- Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
- Software Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Prefer - Tally
- Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner.
- Highly organized self-starter.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems and use good judgment.
- Techno-Commercial oriented.
- Knowledge of ISO and other recognized international quality system standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
