**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Callers to join our NEET coaching center in Adyar, Chennai. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing them with information about our coaching programs, and converting inquiries into enrolments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Make outbound calls** to prospective students who have shown interest in our NEET coaching programs.

2. Explain the features and benefits of our coaching programs to potential students in a clear and compelling manner.

3. Make outgoing calls and answer incoming calls from prospective students and provide accurate information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and other relevant details.

4. Address any inquiries or concerns that prospective students may have regarding the coaching programs.

6. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the management.

7. Maintain records of calls and interactions with prospective students using our CRM software.

9. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of NEET coaching to provide informed assistance to students.

10. Provide feedback to the management regarding the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role, preferably in the education sector.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in **English and Tamil**.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective students.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet enrollment targets.

5. Basic computer skills.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

7. Prior knowledge of the NEET exam and the Indian education system is an advantage.

8. Positive attitude, persistence, and a passion for helping students succeed.
