1) Plan and co-ordinate the goods receipts, issue and storage of items in a timely and efficient manner by

a) Having a strict control over inventory level and coordinating with procurement department for replenishment - making indents.

b) Making the Reservation based on production plan and issue the material accordingly.

c) Ensuring the consumption of material on the production line is as per defined Bill of material (BOM) of the product.

2) Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders. And pass the required entry in ERP.

3) Document and track damages and discrepancies on orders received. Maintain high quality standards for the material. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space.

4) Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project Stores Department status.

5) Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

6) Communicate job expectations and coach employees.

7) Determine staffing levels and assign workload.

8) Maintaining inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.

9) Sending regular reports as per the MIS requirement in the Inventory Status.

10) Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
