We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *Sales Person* to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to survey the construction market, generate leads from contractors, and engage with potential customers who respond to our social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for contacting and nurturing relationships with these leads to promote and sell our project management services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that construction projects are running smoothly and successfully.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct market surveys to identify and collect leads from contractors in the construction industry.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) and other marketing efforts.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients to introduce our project management services.
- Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of using our services for ensuring smooth project execution at construction sites.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Identify customer needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely information on services, pricing, and project management strategies.
- Close sales and achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
