*** What you’ll be doing...**

As the leader in the Verizon Consumer Group at Verizon India, the leader (Associate Director-QA Test Automation) will be responsible for supporting Verizon Consumer Group’s Quality Assurance/Engineering Team. The leader will be responsible for building a highly motivated and talented team, coaching and mentoring them to deliver high quality products and services. You will partner with stakeholders to establish goals, influence and effectively communicate the vision set by senior leadership.
- Responsible and accountable for the development and support for End to end automation framework, scaling up current automation suite towards North Star Testing. Will lead the automation space for QA working with stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain and scale up automation for regression suite, continuous integration/deployment pipeline and AI driven automation use cases
- Ensure the delivery for the transformation programs for the QA organization are done as per the timelines.
- Responsible for tools evaluation, framework validation and automation opportunities across team and contribute towards larger automation objectives as an organization
- Own & manage the above with India and US stakeholders by driving the technology, tools and results towards the same.
- Calibrate towards Agile working model & platform teams and bring in efficiencies
- Responsible for Digital & Assisted regression suite enhancements by working closely with multi stakeholders and demonstrate results towards test coverage
- Responsible for security testing space by driving the same for results
- Provide leadership and accountability for the above and ensure that complex
- Interface directly with senior staff members within the organization to discuss and assess compliance with GTS policies, standards and procedures, suggest opportunities for improvement, and report on the status of specific. Work with development teams throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable software releases.
- Ensure that programs/projects are delivered on time. Deliver results within budget, time, quality and strategic and tactical key performance goals.
- Partner with his/her peers on appropriate topics for deliver results as an organization

This Hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
***What we’re looking for...**

You’ll need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Five or more years of Software Engineering and Development experience, including leading IT teams through Business Analysis, Project Management, and digital technologies & Quality Assurance.
- Experience with AI/ML driven operations.
- Direct people management experience, including leadership ofglobal teams.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and prior experience in automating tools & script development.
- Experience working on QA & Automation functions with tools knowledge & ROIs deliverable.

Even better if you have:

- Ability to identify opportunities, facilitate sessions to ideate and come up with joint cross-functional solutions to improve customer experience.
- Ten or more years of technology leadership, including solid understanding of technology selection, automation architecture, and full stack implementation & maintenance.
- Ability to meet aggressive timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment
- Ability to recalibrated the priorities & work thru them to deliver and drive teams
- Strong presentation skills to communicate complex concepts effectively with leadership stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering large transformation programs, large-scale migration from legacy to directional platforms.
- Experience in partnering with Business and IT teams at multiple levels to drive alignment and delivery of complex problems.
- Ten or more years of technology leadership, including solid understanding of technology selection, automation architecture, and full stack implementation & maintenance.
