**Job Title**: Hospital Pharmacist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Hospital Pharmacist** to join our healthcare team. The pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring safe and accurate prescriptions, and supporting doctors and nurses with drug-related queries and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescribed medications and ensure proper dosage and administration.
- Review and interpret prescriptions to detect any potential errors or interactions.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and storage.
- Maintain stock levels of medicines and ensure proper storage as per standards.
- Check expiry dates and ensure disposal of expired or damaged medications.
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses regarding medication availability and alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, bills, and pharmacy operations.
- Follow infection control and hospital safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm).
- Registered with the Pharmacy Council.
- 0-3 years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, interactions, and side effects.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
