Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Manage staff**: Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff
- **Create menus**: Develop new recipes and menus
- **Manage budgets**: Manage food costs and inventory
- **Ensure food safety**: Ensure that kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations
- **Manage kitchen operations**: Oversee daily kitchen functions and ensure food quality
- **Address complaints**: Respond to guest complaints and rectify problems
- **Maintain records**: Keep time and payroll records
- **Collaborate with other teams**: Work with marketing and upper management teams
Skills and experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of culinary trends
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage kitchen inventory
- Ability to create new dishes and menus
- Ability to divide responsibilities and monitor progress
Pay: ₹16,228.97 - ₹62,783.63 per month
