We're growing fast and looking for 5 **BIM Modelers** to join our team and help bring our vision to life. If you love Revit, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment - this is your chance to make an impact on a global scale.

**What you'll do**:

- Create and maintain 3D models in Revit for architecture, MEP, and structural systems.
- Support design development and ensure accurate, clash-free model coordination.
- Assist in producing construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs.
- Help with visualization—renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to keep designs moving forward.
- Contribute to construction sequencing, Revit family creation, and BIM automation (Dynamo).
- Support compliance with building standards and assist in preparing regulatory submissions.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in **Revit**; familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, and Dynamo/Twinmotion.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, model integration, and basic clash detection.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
