**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive academic counseling to students and professionals seeking guidance on online and regular education courses.
- Understand individual needs, career goals, and academic aspirations to offer personalized counseling services.
- Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines.
- Stay updated on trends and changes in the higher education sector, providing insights to enhance counseling services.
- Participate in training programs to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

**Educational Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Academic Counselor in an Ed-tech company.
- In-depth knowledge of online and regular education courses in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide students through the admission process and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems used in Ed tech companies.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
