As a Graphic Designer, you will be working alongside our creative team in the conceptualization, design and development of creative content for all marketing initiatives. You will assist in creating a strong visual presence for the company across all platforms ie. Online and Offline. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned.
- Producing and editing imagery and videography.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Web Design.
- Background in creative fields such as fashion, beauty, cosmetics or advertising.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva required.
- 1-2 years of graphic design experience required.
- Previous video editing experience preferred.
- Strong conceptual thinking and able to take projects from conception to finished design.
- Ability to solve design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision.
- Ability to consistently execute with excellence and constantly work on improving design skills.
- Great communication and organization skills, strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented and flexible.

Required competencies:

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- while upholding the highest quality output.
- Strongly skilled in Typography, gird, and layout.
- Creative aesthetic that complements the design aesthetic of Magnus brand.
- Self-driven and able to effectively communicate creative ideas.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strong sense of composition, typography, and layout skills.
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

**Salary**: ₹9,072.78 - ₹30,237.64 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
