- To Manage/ implement the QA/QC systems and process through SOP’s.
- Having hands on experience on handing of analytical instrument i.e., HPLC, GC, KF, Balance, UV, IR etc is preferred.
- Trouble shooting of analytical instruments.
- Good awareness of ISO 9001, 14000, 45001 system and GLP and GDP practices.
- Ensure in timely analysis of the samples to achieve target of dispatches of material as per marketing plan.
- Testing and review of raw material, packing material, In process, intermediate and finished products.
- Record, compile and prepare report of analysis and evaluation.
- Manage, handle, and dispose the control samples in Maintaining the documentation of the test results in standard formats & reporting.
- Validation/verification of analytical methods used in testing.
- Qualification of standards used in laboratory.
- To follow the calibration schedule, ensure the compliance and perform the calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain and control inventory of chemicals, glassware, reagents, columns etc.
- Investigating OOS and OOT data and implementing actions to prevent a recurrence wherever possible.
- Preparation of Specifications, STPs, SOPs, and protocols for execution
- Compilation and release of test certificate/reports and maintain documentation.
- Instruct staff in quality control laboratory.
- Implement training program.
- Adhering the EHS norms of the organization.
- Preparation of trend data, and reports.
