**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Sr. Creative Graphic Designer or Art Director. In this role, you should be highly creative and have the ability to lead all creative requirements for DHI brands. If you're passionate about graphic designing and eager to learn more, we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to create impactful designs and cohesive experiences for our Targeting customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Take complete ownership of all creatives (brochures, flyers, newsletter, social media creatives, gifs, videos, print creatives)
- Thorough understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, colour, and fonts
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing tools, and After Effects.
- Experience in directing and creating videos, motion design skills are a plus
- Strong design vocabulary and ability to translate visual ideas
- Web design experience including HTML and CSS is a plus but not required

**Requirements**:

- Ability to take direction and be flexible and open to change
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as follow
- creative direction
- Excellent ability to communicate design thinking and effective presentation skills
- Team Player: enjoy the intellectual stimulation of collaborating with colleagues
- Digitally savvy; eager to learn continuously
- 4 to 6 years of experience in creative graphic designing
- Design degree or equivalent not mandatory

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
