Waitress

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle billing and process payments
- Clear and reset tables between guests
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (preferred but not mandatory)
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Good physical condition; able to stand and walk for long periods
- Basic math skills for billing and handling payments
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
