In-store Worker

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations:

- Open and close the store as per the set schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and display arrangements to ensure a visually appealing store.
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist in inventory management.

2. Sales and Customer Assistance:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect party supplies and decorations.
- Provide recommendations on themes, products, and custom solutions for events.
- Handle billing and process payments, including cash, cards, and digital methods.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and discounts to maximize sales.

3. Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage returns and exchanges as per the store’s policies.

4. Store Management:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
- Ensure the store is securely locked and equipment is turned off during closing.

5. Event Support:

- Assist in setting up decorations for in-store events and workshops.
- Provide guidance on custom orders and bulk purchases for parties.

6. Additional Tasks:

- Participate in brainstorming and implementing creative ideas for product displays.
- Perform other duties assigned by the store manager to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about parties and decorations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry light to moderately heavy items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,762.50 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 80 - 85 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
