Job Description: Intelligent Public Transport System Expert

**Position Overview**:
As an Intelligent Public Transport System Implementation Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation and deployment of intelligent public transport systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, including public transport authorities, technology vendors, and project teams, to ensure the successful integration and operation of advanced technologies in public transportation networks.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. System Implementation and Deployment**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and design an effective implementation plan for intelligent public transport systems.
- Coordinate with technology vendors to procure and install the necessary hardware, software, and communication infrastructure.
- Configure and integrate system components, such as passenger information systems, smart ticketing platforms, and fleet management systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality and performance.

**2. System Integration and Interoperability**:

- Ensure seamless integration of intelligent public transport systems with existing infrastructure and legacy systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish data sharing protocols and interfaces between various subsystems.
- Conduct compatibility testing and resolve any integration issues to ensure smooth and efficient system operations.
- Project management for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the Hardware and software
- Managing the design and development of central back office with ETA for Busses
- Managing the development and commissioning of EMV L1& L2 Validators along with the central management system connected to the payment gateway with high secure encrypted transaction using High security module.
- Backlog Management, defining user stories, acted as the Product Owner for all modules of Transportation management system for Maldives
- Manage the design and development of open loop payment gateway implementation.
- Interface with client and Third-party vendors to fulfil the client requirements through calls and in-person meetings on a weekly basis.
- Creation of Timeline and Tracking Project Progress.
- Manage Scope & effectively communicate & validate use cases/ scenarios, among design, development, QA teams and update customers.
- Lead cross-functional Team of Developers, UI/UX experts, QA, and Analysts to execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for grooming product backlog working closely with scrum team.
- Responsible for customer engagement via surveys and product on boarding tools.
- Managing release notes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Solid understanding of public transport systems, transportation operations, and intelligent transportation technologies.
- Experience in implementing and deploying intelligent public transport systems or similar complex technology projects.
- Proficiency in system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the public transport industry.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
