**Job Description**:
Digital Dots, a leading digital marketing company based in Bathinda, is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing our clients' social media accounts, driving engagement, scheduling content, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create and curate engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content according to monthly content calendar, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and feedback, and respond to inquiries and comments promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and optimize strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between social media and overall content strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement them effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.

**Salary**: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
