**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Shipments: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Shipment Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Freight Forwarding: Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange transportation, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, customers, and suppliers regarding shipment status, delays, and any logistics-related issues.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including proper documentation, permits, and certifications for international shipments.
- Logistics Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements within the logistics operations.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Logistics Processes: Familiarity with shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and transportation modes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling shipping documents and managing inventory.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges and make timely decisions.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
