Sales Support Coordinator

The objective of this role is to alleviate the administrative pressures from the direct sales force, by taking on administrative tasks associated with the Pricing, Servicing & Maintenance of our client base, during and after the sales process. This will give the sale team more bandwidth to focus on selling and building relationships with our clients.

In addition to their core role of supporting our sales force, will also maintain the Contract mailbox, Cancellations, Churn and Contracting database (SOCS).

Coordinating with AUS sales team to meet their administrative requirements
Assisting AUS sales team to get new client Onboard
Coordinating with various Telco carriers to create RFP/ RFQ’s for Voce & Data Services
Assisting in Contract Creations and Cancellations
Working in various internal Products BVD/Cloud & MS for NEW/Upgrade and Renewal Contracts
