Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Mahavir Steel's market presence.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of Mahavir Steel’s products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Travel across India to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably but not mandatory within the steel or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India.
- Fluency in multiple Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Compensation:
- Base salary + Attractive incentives based on sales performance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
