- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records;
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays;
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching;
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision;
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching,counseling,and disciplining employees;planning, monitoring,and appraising job results;
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;following upon;
- Maintains store staff by recruiting,selecting,orienting, and training employees;
- departmental sales records;
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share;
- maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so;
- preparing promotional materials and displays;
- managing budgets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
