- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that clearly illustrate user flows and interactions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and follow brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the development team to implement designs accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms (Android/iOS).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic understanding of design systems.
