**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Use Loadrunner to conduct comprehensive performance tests and analyze results for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain documentation for performance testing processes and results to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies to ensure cutting-edge practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure all performance testing activities align with company objectives and contribute to overall business success.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Dynatrace for performance analysis and optimization.
- Show capability in using Jmeter for stress testing and performance evaluation.
- Have substantial experience with Loadrunner for comprehensive performance testing.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to convey complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance issues before they impact users.
