**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Biology for Classes 11 & 12.
- Teach complex biological concepts in a simplified and student-friendly manner.
- Prepare students for board exams and NEET with strategic test-taking approaches.
- Develop and review study materials, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and student assessments.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual attention as needed.
- Participate in academic planning, workshops, and staff meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Biology or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level or in coaching institutes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- NEET teaching experience
- Strong content creation and material development ability
- Result-oriented and performance-driven
- Ability to motivate and inspire students

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
