Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and customise Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Work on frontend and backend Odoo development under senior guidance.
- Debug, test, and improve existing modules.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver assigned tasks on time.
- Prepare documentation for development tasks.
- Learn Odoo framework, ORM, workflows, and integrations.

This role is creative, challenging, and rigorous. You’ll be encouraged to think outside the box, take initiative, and bring a proactive, “get it done” mindset to every task.-
- **Must Have**:

- MCA, MSC, B.E.IT, M.E. IT, B.E Computer
- Strong Python & React.js skills (mandatory)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, CSS, XML, jQuery, Bootstrap)
- Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
- Passion for learning Odoo & ERP development
- Good communication and teamwork skills- **Nice to have**:

- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of additional programming languages
- Familiarity with various testing tools.
