**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and create responsive website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
- Work with tools like Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web design and UI/UX.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Web Designer/UI Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI/UX design).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Experience in creating responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
- Good understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
