**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet and approach customers in a friendly manner, assist them in locating products, and provide detailed product information.
- **Sales**: Meet and exceed sales targets by offering excellent customer service, upselling products, and cross-selling when appropriate.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and promotions to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock replenishment, product displays, and ensuring that the store remains tidy and well-organized.
- **POS System Operation**: Process payments, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate transaction records.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction by following up on sales and handling post-sale inquiries.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Merchandising**: Help in setting up attractive product displays and keeping shelves stocked according to store standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals, plan promotional events, and improve store operations.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining dress codes and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
