Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact point for farmers and customers, addressing queries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
- Maintain strong farmer relationships by offering timely updates and solutions.
- Record and manage farmer details, crop updates, and service requests in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Provide clear communication regarding crop schedules, pricing, and services offered.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and providing regular feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in B.Sc. Agriculture preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with farmers.
- Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
- Previous experience in customer support or farmer relations is an added advantage.
