Waiter/server

A waiter (or server) is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant, cafe, or bar setting. Their job responsibilities typically include:
1. **Greeting Customers**
- Welcoming customers as they arrive and escorting them to their tables.
- Providing menus and introducing specials or promotions.

2. **Taking Orders**
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Suggesting menu items and upselling when appropriate.

3. **Serving Food and Drinks**
- Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring orders are correct and meet customer expectations.

4. **Handling Payments**
- Providing customers with their checks.
- Processing payments, including cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment.

5. **Maintaining Cleanliness**
- Keeping the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and organized.
- Resetting tables for the next guests.

6. **Customer Service**
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints or issues promptly.
- Ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

7. **Assisting with Restaurant Operations**
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Restocking supplies and inventory as needed.

8. **Adhering to Health and Safety Standards**
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with local health and safety laws.

9. **Upselling and Recommending Items**
- Recommending dishes or beverages based on customer preferences.
- Upselling special items, promotions, or additional menu items.

10. **Communicating with Kitchen Staff**
- Relaying special dietary requests or allergies to the kitchen.
- Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
