As a **Social Media Marketer**, you will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing social media campaigns for our clients and the company’s brand. Your role will involve developing creative strategies, increasing brand awareness, growing our online presence, and engaging with audiences across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling and engaging content (images, videos, blog posts, etc.) tailored to the target audience across multiple platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage day-to-day social media accounts, posting content, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive leads and sales.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, provide insights, and adjust strategies to achieve desired results.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and nurture online communities by responding to customer inquiries and engaging with followers.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work with the creative and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft engaging content and connect with audiences.
- **Creative & Analytical Thinking**: Strong creativity with an understanding of how to engage online audiences and track campaign performance.
- **Familiarity with Tools**: Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- **Paid Media Experience**: Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media advertising platforms.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated ability to grow and engage social media audiences and deliver successful social media campaigns.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Knowledge of current trends, memes, and viral content in the social media space.
