Principal Architect - Data & AI shapes strategic tech frameworks at Kmart Group, aligning with business goals and driving innovation.
- Requires 17+ years' experience, deep understanding of TOGAF/Zachman.
- Leads enterprise-wide strategy development, ensures consistency, and serves as a key consultant.
- Strong leadership/communication skills crucial for cross-functional collaboration.
- Crucial for guiding tech direction, fostering innovation at Kmart Group.
- Strong technical specification skills to translate business requirements into technical terms
- Proficient in architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
- Creates Business capability mappings
- Creates current, interim, and target state architectures
- Creates architecture roadmaps
- Identifies and manages technology risk
- Informs strategic direction and technology investment

Job Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, tech roadmaps, architectural decisions, and operating model across Kmart's tech domains.
- Ensure delivery teams understand architectural vision, trade-offs, risks, and tasks.
- Ensure alignment and synergies across projects, programs, and enterprise architecture.

**Strategic Thinking**
- Leading and enabling the development of key strategies and solutions across the enterprise. This includes the creation of strategies, principles, reference architectures and roadmaps that provide a common vision of the future state.
- Alignment of Delivery to Enterprise Strategy & Target State - Leads the domain strategy and definition of target state architecture

**Leadership**
- Strong leader within the architecture leadership team in enabling architecture across technology, through process improvement, working groups, council an governance meetings, as well as all enterprise-wide technology strategy activities as needed from time to time

**Commercial**
- Providing commercial leadership, counsel and direction to senior stakeholders in relation to technology Contributing to the development of relevant budget and forecasts

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
